Update: Within 30 minutes of writing my original review I was contacted by the lane manager, Hanson. He stated that he reviewed my experienced and that he wanted to make it right. It has now been a week and a half since this phone call and the team at this Toyota has still done nothing to make it right. This is by far the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, organization, and follow-through was unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday for an engine diagnostic and repair and was told it would be completed Monday. When I called Monday, I was then told the part needed would take 3–5 business days to arrive—something that was never communicated to me beforehand. I am sharing my experience in hopes that it will help improve communication and customer service. On September 16, 2026, I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan at Toyota of Greensboro. At the time, I did not fully understand the details of the plan, and I was not given paperwork to review afterward.
