Thank you Gary for your wonderful service. We have purchased vehicles new off the lot before but never an experience as good as this one. Very professional and friendly. The whole process was impressively fast and they make use of technology well. The inside of the dealership is immaculate and comfortable with Wi-Fi and vending.
My 1st time walking in a dealership seriously trying to buy a car off of a lot was not as terrifying as I thought upon walking in the dealership Gary was waiting on us patiently, we had our hearts set on 2 vehicles he let us talk it out, even though it was quitting time he showed no signs of look get out of here lolll, he kept in contact with me through the entire process making it so easy for Us, the front desk young lady was very sweet and had awesome customer service, and the other dealers were very friendly all speaking ... read more
UPDATE: I dd speak with Mary Rice this morning, as well as, Ollin Dunford (General Manager). They have resolved my issues. Mary is working diligently to make sure customers have a positive experience moving forward. She is VERY aware of the issues and is taking steps to ensure these types of customer experiences no longer happen. Original Review: Making an appointment does you absolutely no good at all.
