took my truck there for an alignment and tire rotation. I was told they couldn't align it because it needed $650 in tie-rod ends. Was told they rotated the tires and charged me $20. Took it to another tire shop and was told tie rods were tight and they did the alignment. The next day took it to another shop just to verify and they told me the same thing, tie rods were fine. RecommendedBest customer service. Waited 30 min after closing because I couldn't get off work in time. Thanks to a excellent staff I had a way to go after work. Working out of town is sometimes difficult but good quality businesses like Rice Tire make it easier to cope. Would definitely reccomend.
RecommendedI came in for a state inspection on the 30th of the month thinking I would be waiting for quite a while. Much to my surprise, I was leaving with a completed inspection in less than 45 minutes. I would recommend Rice Tire for state inspections in the future.
RecommendedCan’t say enough about Brian and the team here. My daughters tire had a slow leak and after 2 other “tire” places looking at it and not finding anything, Rice determined the valve stem needed replaced. She also had an exhaust leak (sounded like a train) and they were able to fix it for us as well. Peace of mind for this momma as she sends her girl to college. ROLL TIDE guys!
RecommendedPassing through town with my RV and had a flat. They were able to get me right in, repaired and back on the road. Great service and great people, everyone was friendly and helpful. It made a stressful situation much easier to take. Highly recommend!
RecommendedI’ve used them for all of our vehicles, big & small, and have had excellent customer service. A few years back, the night before a horseshow, I had a flat on the dually. I called 20 minutes before closing and told them I’d go as fast as I could. They said, take your time, and waited. As my brothers own a shop, and they’ve told me, they can’t even beat tire prices, I trust these guys. When it comes to service, they are the only people I will go to, if my brothers aren’t available. Id rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.
