Thank you to Rice Tire for their prompt and helpful service. I came in with an issue that TWO other tire shops could not figure out (one being the shop that originally worked on my car). I was highly recommended here by a friend of mine and I’m glad that I came in. The service was amazing and they were able to diagnose the issue within two minutes at no charge. These guys are amazing and know what they are doing. From now on, they will be my #1 tire spot.
I ordered a tire through RVTires for pick up at this store. The employees there were very professional and efficient. They already knew about the order when I arrived. One was about to go on lunch break, but he delayed it so he could take care of me and get me back on the road. I greatly appreciated it!
Tony was great! Super helpful as someone who has 0 knowledge of cars & tires in general!! Not sure if he was the manager however he did an outstanding job with explaining everything to me
Very attentive front staff. The gentlemen at the front greeted me and helped me with exactly what I needed to get done for my car (oil change). Only waited for like 30 minutes. Will definitely come back here!
