We dined at Rice and Spice with a family member that had come for the thanksgiving dinner. The booths had electrical tape to cover ripped seats. The service was slow and uninformed of the menu. When we left we asked to have some rice to go home with our leftovers. The owner took the check back to add a $1 fee for the rice after she gave it to us this was also we were paying a $60.00 bill and leaving a tip.
