The food here is absolutely delicious. I'm a Cajun who loves to cook and am picky about restaurant gumbo but theirs is perfect. The seafood gumbo is packed with flavor. Thank y'all!

What a great staff that works at the Rice and Roux on Perkins! The sweetest people and very accommodating. Food was hot and delicious! We will definitely be back again and again.
Plenty of pork meat made it a delicious meal. The seafood gumbo had a great amount of shrimp and crab meat. We love Rice and Roux; we are never disappointed.
Love this place! I eat there every time I am in town! Can't beat the service or the food!
