We engaged Rice Renovations to do a major renovation to our home in East Fremantle. Throughout the entire 18 month period all works carried out by Ian and his team were of the highest standard. Ian is very particular with all his trades and the workmanship portrayed this. He was very easy to deal with and explained each and every step clearly and nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Ian is a great guy. I brought some wood from bunnings and it wouldnt fit in my car, he offered to take it home for me and wouldnt take any money just said to pay it forward. 10/10
