Called about a leaking gauge for the well pump. Was told that it’s an easy fix ($11 for new gauge at Ace Hardware) and they’ll walk me through doing it rather than coming to my house and charging me the minimum fee. I sent them a few pictures via text then they called to give me step by step instructions. Five minutes later... no leak! What an honest business and will definitely contact again for plumbing needs
