I have used Rice Plumbing and Heating for years and they always do a fantastic job. They are great at communicating when they're on their way and updating me if necessary. They are always respectful on the job and thoroughly explain what work needs to be done. The costs are always transparent - never a surprise charge!

I purchased a new well pump and a device to improve my water pressure. Both devices are performing very well, I'm very pleased with the result. On the second job Rice replaced our boiler from 1985. Big difference! All of the plumbers were extremely professional and very friendly. The job was done quickly and seamlessly. There were a couple of issues that were corrected by John immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I plan to hire them again. Very good job. No complaints. Rice Plumbing was at my house within 2 hours of me calling for an apt completed the job quickly and explained everything that they were doing and left the work place spotless.very personal and professional I highly recommend Rice Plumbing and Heating
