Straight up crooks. Billed 3 hours of time when technician was waiting on hold. Technician got nowhere so had to call another company to fix heat pump. Never checked back in to take care of or complete repair. Took shower apart only to install part incorrectly. Helpless (nice but) technicians for whom I had to print install instructions. I had to then offer products from my garage for guys to de-calcify faucet. After showing that I paid another technician 2 days later, no longer picking up phone, returning calls or messages.... read more

I had to have an entire water line replaced. David, Brandon and crew arrived on time and finished the job in one day which included new access through basement wall. The whole crew was courteous and professional and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Rice Plumbing for big and small jobs. Glad they are in our area.
