The biggest regret I have is referring a family member to Rice and Murtha. I wish someone would have had a review letting me know to look elsewhere for criminal defense. Here is your warning. As someone who was once married to an attorney, and has done some work in the legal field I've come to learn there are the top 20% and the lower 80% when it comes to specific area of law practice. Randolph was excellent. He was very understanding and was more like having a friend that was helping you versus a stranger. He was able to settle my case at my arraignment with a exceptional outcome. I would recommend him to anyone. Also if there was ever the chance I need him again. which I hope I never I would definitely go right to him first. Thanks a million Mr. Randolph for your excellent job and treating me with compassion and not as a criminal

Mr. Rice represented me on a sensitive matter. I am out of state so I didn't even get to meet with him before court. I also have a sensitive job and the charge in question would have looked very bad to future employers and future school. I felt comfortable immediately when I met with Randolph, he is very charismatic and I could tell the DA and Judge were on good terms with him. Randolph Rice is truly for the people. He exceeded my expectations as my lawyer. You can tell by the way he speaks he commands power and you are secure with him as your representation. Mr. Rice is a former prosecuting attorney and still has respect amongst the courts. During my trial he was treated with the utmost respect from an older Judge and I had more than a favorable outcome. I would recommend him for any criminal charge.
