I am a disabled veteran and I am on dialysis at home so accurate weighing is criticaly important. The VA ordered me a standing scale from Rice Lake and when it was delivered it was not calibrated correctly. Called to see if someone could come and calibrate it as I do not have certified weights avalible and I was told that I would have to ca l l a local dealer and pay to have it calibrated.
