Their clothing customer service was good, at least that I dealt with. Customer service in their service department was good, yet had to have my oil changed, I also asked them that after my oil change if they would wash my bike for me seeing how I went through some construction on the way up. My bike had mud on the front even after they washed it. I had to go back in and ask them to re-wash it.
Stay clear of this dealer,they don t even have one mechanic that has a clue,you have to watch them or you will not get what you pay for.I ve been riding for over 40 years and this dealer is the worse one i ve ever been too,i would stay clear of them.Try and trade a bike in at another dealer and see what they tell you if it came from Rice Lake Harley,you won t like what you hear.
