This was such a nice animal hospital under the original owner it's a shame to see it turn into what it's become. My very old dog is at a stage in his life where everyday above ground is a good day we're thankful for. I received a call regarding an appointment they wanted to make for vaccines and a check up, I politely declined and said if I needed their services I would call but otherwise we're at the end of life here and I'm not taking him there and stressing him out for no reason. I started going to this vet in the last year for my cat. Hes older and needed meds for both visits we've made. Just the check up is about $150 and with meds both visits were over $300 each. Im not sure if thats the going rate for other vets also? I found it expensive. But Dr. Mat and the vet techs are great.
We love Rice Lake Animal hospital, the staff are amazing and Dr. Mat is so great with our Basset Hound Tucker.
