Over priced Insurance options that get sold to make more money by over billing not based on proper guidance or coverage just to take advantage is their focus at all times. The worst part is the nonexistent customer service only priority is confuse you and to play numerous games. Nothing is straight forward with these folks. I've worked with RISC for several years on a variety of issues. Each and every person I've worked with, from top to bottom, has been polite, professional, prompt, ethical, very smart, and reasonable in resolving claims. They go out of their way to listen to their insureds and give them the benefit of doubt.
It’s a real shame to do business with this company or even consider them for any services the way they operate. Staff and leadership are inept, nor capable of being honest overcharging customers, taking advantage of situations. Exceptional Insurance. They do not play games with coverage and do not back down. They employ exceptional attorneys that are well qualified to represent you in any real estate litigation. I found them super easy to work with and enjoyed my interactions with them.
I cannot say enough good things about Kathy my customer representative she was so nice and patient with me and guided me every step of the my new enrollment after switching real estate brokerages ….She is a true asset and her service was phenomenal !!!!!!
