I cannot say enough good things about Kathy my customer representative she was so nice and patient with me and guided me every step of the my new enrollment after switching real estate brokerages ….She is a true asset and her service was phenomenal !!!!!!
I worked with RISC and specifically, Colleen Hawk, on an insurance claim I submitted and I couldn't have been more impressed! Colleen was a true pro and is great at what she does. She was my dedicated adjuster through & through and I truly can't thank her enough for all the time, dedication, wisdom, and hard work she put into my resolving my claim as I truly wouldn't have done it without her :)
Rude customer service over the phone. Blunt, unhelpful, uncaring.
I mailed my renewal payment weeks ago and it doesn't seem as though it has been processed. When I called, they said they were short staffed and hadn't processed all the payments. This is unacceptable. It is the company's job to hire the staff needed to do the job they've been paid to do. They said they'd look through to see if they had mine and call me back. I didn't receive a call back. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the company.
They are the worst do not use them! Stay away if possible get insurance with another provider even if it higher, it is worth it to stay away from them.
