Hands down…Worst customer service on the planet! Good luck trying to get answers you need in a timely manner. Had to call and email at least 10 times over a period of 8 weeks before I got an answer.
This was the E&O insurance that my state recommended for real estate activity. Read the contract closely before giving them your hard earned money. The coverage is poor and if you cancel or move your real estate license to inactive they will not refund your money. My state requires 2 years of coverage. I’m 14 days into my 2 year coverage plan and have set my license to inactive. They will not refund a dime. Typical money grab/scam like most things in real estate.

Colleen Hawk is truly amazing - in 10 years of a Realtor I never had to utilize my E and O - I was very nervous but Ms. Hawk instantly put my mind at ease - telling me not to worry and she would take care of it - she was in constant contact and always answered her phone or called back within the hour - such a rarity these days - she was so kind but you also knew she meant business - she makes you feel she truly has your back.
