Very helpful
Impossible to get ahold of them as they do not answer their phone.
Started with one representative who basically showed me how to fit the mast, setup the machine and was done. I'd give her a 3. Had multiple problems with leaks, scheduled and met Ali. She was wonderful. Determined the first mask was too big, helped me with the second mask, gave me her card and number and tons of reassurance. I had questions and happened to stop in (no appointment) and she saw us. No problem. I'd recommend Ali to anyone doing the "C-Crap" thing!
