The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to pick up something for my family and made the whole transaction easy
I want Rice Home Medical back!!! This place is lousy. Can never reach them, they don't communicate with you and nothing is done timely. It's bad enough to make me want to quit using CPAP! If I could score a negative I would. Talk to 2 different people and get 2 different stories!

This place is incompetent! I have 4 different experiences with them… all were a joke! Nothing was handled correctly… supplies we needed never came! My husband is on oxygen 24 hours a day… machine wasn’t working… driver coming to fix machine called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes… never came! We are talking life and death here! Found out from tech that showed up next day… previous driver said too close to five pm and went home!! Yes, kind service. However, was slightly horrified that testing medical equipment,in today's upsidedown world, with COVID, the woman did not use any sanitizer before or after the trial of use for an oxygen tube/mask, days later, bacterial pneumonia, and COVID or vise versa, hard to NOT believe it didn't happen at a medical facility that isn't concerned about basic medical cleaning. By the way I'm homebound so me catching COVID , 95% sure it was from dirty medical equipment. Which is disturbing to say the least.
