Prompt, friendly and exceptional service!
Our system just had the annual maintenance plus the addition of a water safety switch installed in the attic unit ti prevent damage to the ceilings. The system stopped cooling the next morning so I called Rice HVAC to report this. Two techs, Mike and Mike were here in less than 2 hours and had tge system running before the house got warm. No charge. Once again, we are very satisfied with Rice’s service response time.
Technician James arrived on time. Completed analysis of main unit: and replaced faulty condensor., then cleaned the unit. Unit now cooling normally.
The guys were very respectful, they came in and got the job done. Communicated with us throughout the process with any issues that arose. I will continue to use them should any problems arise in the future.
Micah and his technician are so very prompt professional and efficient. Call this morning and they got here by 11 am can't say enough about this company it is definitely 5 star
