We’ve used Rice Heating and Air multiple times over the last 5 years for all our HVAC needs. They have handled all our issues, big and small. Always been quick and professional and resolve the issue without any recurring problems. Every technician that has come out has been exceptional in quality of work, and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new installs, repairs or anything related to heating and air conditioning! Very reasonably priced! Amazing group of people!
They were very quick to schedule me and the tech was super knowledgable and professional. They did a great job and took care of everything with ease. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is the price. It’s a bit pricy to have your heater and a/c serviced. I will pay extra for good work and professionalism though.
Absolutely love our new unit. Everything we expected has been fulfilled. Todd D. was our installer and he rates a 10+. He was amazing ,so helpful and understanding . Have no worries for future maintenance with Todd’s expertise.
Vince did a great job diagnosing the problem with our ancient central AC unit and got us back up and running just in time for another heat wave.
We recently hired Rite Way Electric to install new smoke detectors in our home. The team arrived on time, explained what they needed to do for the smoke detectors but also a carbon monoxide detector. They worked efficiently and also answered questions I had about other potential electrical work we might need done. We were very pleased with Rite Way and would definitely recommend them.
