Employee came out the same day I called due AC going out. Great communication and service!
We had someone else come out and look at our a/c unit and said we needed a new one. Then we had Danny from Rice Heating and he fixed it. Go figure. Good thing we got a second opinion.
Rice has done lots of work for us over the years; in our home and at our rental properties. Calvin and his team are always pleasant, efficient, and go the extra mile! And today, Calvin came out to one of my rentals to explain the ducting system to myself and my tenant. It’s really something else when the owner of the business will come, SAME DAY, as I called just to answer a few questions. I will continue to use RiceHeating and Air for all of my HVAC needs! I highly recommend Rice's Hesting and Cooling. They have been servicing our furnace and air conditioning for several years. Recently had a new technician, Danny, and he was great, efficient, and informative.
