Excellent service. Scheduling was quick and they arrived on time. Excellent communication. Service technician was very helpful explaining issues and preventative maintenance.
We had a heating issue and called Rice for help. They arrived quickly and the technician had the problem diagnosed in record time. When he returned to do the repair, he was on time and efficient. Our house is nice and comfy again.
Calvin Rice is the best! He installed my gas furnace in 2011 and continues to provide excellent service. My hot water heater went out in 2013 - he was able to replace it in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent customer service!!
My husband and I became customers of Rice Heating and Air Conditioning over ten years ago when an acquaintance recommended them to replace our pellet stove with a gas fireplace. That project led us to sign up for their furnace and air conditioner maintenance program. In March of 2022 we contacted Rice Heating with another project in mind.
