I'm a member of the USA program and I'm so glad I have it. The program provides regular services. Jason (Rice Heating Tech) serviced our heat pump and found that the blower was circulating too much air and was loud. Jason corrected the problem and now it is much quieter and more efficient. Jason also corrected our thermastat so the WiFi now works. Jason in very knowledgeable and provides valuable information each time he comes to service our furnance/heat pump. I first discovered how good Rice Heating and AC was two years ago when I needed a gas line moved in our kitchen. They responded right away and were quick to help! They were also very kind and considerate. When we wanted to get a new AC unit and heat pump put in, we knew who we wanted to have do it because of that positive experience.
