I had an ongoing problem. Twice I had to call on Sunday. Calvin returned my call. He was helpful both times. The 2nd time we decided that a tech needed to take a look. The office was very helpful in scheduling a repair the next day. The problem was fixed, and the office did a follow up call the next day. All of this is just great business, and all staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Rice installed a ductless minisplit for me. They were very reasonably priced, quick to schedule, and the technicians did great work. Super happy with the results!
Rice’s has provided thorough and caring service to us for over 15 years. They set us up for success by providing a great heat pump and they follow through on maintenance every 6 months every year. They hire the best and they are the best. Thank you Rice’s HVAC!
