Came out precisely when they said they would, had the right part (the main gas valve) to repair my 30-year-old furnace on their truck (!), finished work in under a half-hour, did not bother me with an up-sell, and charged a very reasonable amount. Best.Service.Experience.Ever. Definitely recommend!
