Do not use if you get as a public defender immediately get rid of he will lie to you and tell you that your codefendants are snitching on you to get you to take plea deals and then when the court comes and it’s too late act like he doesn’t know if they will or not ended up getting three years for something all due to his lies and then in court, he will go above and beyond to tell the judge negative things to get you more time

If you get this lawyer I feel sorry for you . Idk if it’s because we got him court appointed and he just thinks low of us but from the lady that answered the phone to anything about him they are very rude and care NOTHING ABOUT YOU ! Maybe if you pay him outta pocket things may be different but I’d definitely ask for another lawyer. Unless you enjoy extra charges , more time and being put places away from your family .
