The experience was wonderful. We were in and out of there with exactly the information we needed and in a very timely fashion. The staff was amazing
The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. In spite of my foul mood due to apparently having Covid, they treated me as if I was a VIP and I left having an amazing experience from start to finish.
I had some stomachache pains and stopped in. Beronica was very nice and helped me out. I was quickly attended by Teresa and Sam the nurses on staff. They took my temperature and was viewed by Dr. Calderon. It was told food poisoning. I was giving some water by David the radiologist. The place was very clean also. I recommend seeing them for any type of problems.
My experience at Rice was exceptional! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk associate Selina who was very kind and understanding to the nurses Melissa and Francisco who took great care of me. Dr. Bhatt was amazing and very knowledgeable with my condition. I felt heard and understood. I would definitely recommend Rice ER to my family and friends. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is wonderful and it is exceptionally clean.
