I was in severe back pain, walked in and they took my insurance it was a simple process. Staff was friendly. The nurse from Cameroon was friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor had good bedside manner. I highly recommend if you have an issue to go there. Thank you for your kind and prompt service.
No wait times, courteous front desk staff, and the staff in ER are amazing they really care! Dr Benson has a Great bedside manner he makes you feel comfortable and understood. I would highly recommend Rice ER.
Christiane was our nurse and Dr. Gartzman, was our doctor. They were so friendly and genuine. They communicated throughout the entire process not making us feel dead in water while testing and prescribing was being done. Thank you Selina and everyone there for making this is a great experience.
Staff was not rushing me out. The doctor listened and ordered two tests. Was pleased with the calmness of the receptionist. The guy that does the scans is also calm. All 3 staff members were professional.
