Our experience with Rice Companies has been extremely disappointing. The truck wash facility they built has experienced ongoing issues from the beginning, and many aspects of the project remain concerns for us. Throughout the construction process, there were numerous delays, questions regarding planning and execution, and problems that we believe should have been addressed before completion. Absolutely. The worst company to have them build your commercial building. Nothing was built to code. Having electrical issues. The lights flicker. The roof leaks in various areas of the building. We can't find any building permits. And then they're trying to be very sneaky, putting verbage in the contract that you can't go back and sue them. Please buyer beware.Do not use them as your builder, contractor.
Knowing this family and foundation laid by its founder, and the values instilled and carried out over time, is incentive enough to give my five star rating.
