Not enough parking. I’m assuming they must have 1000 employees because there is absolutely no place to park. Had to park at the clinic and walk over to the hospital because even all the street parking was full. And the street is so narrow it was dangerous to walk because the space was only enough for 1 car to pass and the street is surprisingly busy
The hospital was very clean, and hygiene was well-maintained.
The hospital environment felt safe and well-organized.
We were referred to Pratt from our home town for my daughter and grandbaby. We were reassured Pratt has some of the greatest Doctors and Nurses in the state and my babies would be surrounded by support.
