I am writing this review nearly 3 after I originally received my vehicle back. it took 3 tries to get the emblems put back on the door correctly. The first time it was in the wrong spot and glued on and you could see the glue running out onto the old emblem. (The quote said they would use a new emblem) the second time they put a wrong color emblem on and want to get covers to make it look similar. Dropped my car off on April 11th (edited from April 4th) and was told 8-10 days. Now it's May 6th - SEVENTEEN days counting only M-F business hours. They said it took awhile to get a supplement from the insurance company except we were copied on that email from the insurance approving it the same day. So they're lying and I'm still without a car for an entire month. Total scam and I'll never use them again.
* Your process needs improvement and it would help if you hired a project manager to incorporate a streamline process. * The work you do is subpar. I noticed two related dents that you didn’t fix but decided not to advise because of the quality and time spent with the vehicle * It would probably also help if you had a more diverse staff because it seems like everyone thinks alike which is causing your ratings to drop. I will never give you business again.
I took my 2016 Corolla in for a paint recall and the paint looks great, they did a great job on that. But they broke a piece off of my air conditioning control and they said they can’t fix it. They’re giving me a $100 gift card which I guess they think is adequate to me having half of a control button…
