Ben made this experience great. My Highlander needed repairs and Ben proposed several recommendations and prepared multiple quotations depending on how I wanted to proceed. New parts look great and Ben made it happen. Highly recommend Toyota Greensboro Collision Center and Ben (even if he is Duke fan!) Go Wolfpack!
I want to say Thank you to Toyota of Greensboro Collision Center!! They went above and beyond helping me fix my 2024 Toyota Corolla Le!! With many setbacks, none the fault of TOCG, I was pulling my hair out, but everyone from the gentleman fixing my car to management helped me to get back into my car!! I took my Toyota Tacoma into this shop after an issue with a competing shop in Greensboro that my insurance company sent me to (huge mistake) and Toyota within a week and a half had the entire issue resolved. They re-did the work correctly as it should have been completed the first time and communicated with me each day. It was such a good experience and I highly, highly recommend these folks. There was no communication. The quality of the work was not great. My hood still does not look right. The customer service representative that was assigned to my case never communicated with me or return phone calls.
