Best Dr. ever ! Has treated me since I was 19 ! Love this Dr. like a family member.
He was the BEST doctor ever and I had been to many, searching for the right one, I needed someone I could trust. I found that in him. I had so many issues from my dysfunctional childhood and I didn't trust anyone. I trusted Dr. Rice. I was so comfortable with him that I could tell him anything and that made such a difference.
