I reached out twice via Rightmove about a property on Dads Lane but received no response. I followed up with a phone call, left a voicemail, and still heard nothing. When I finally got through to the office, I was abruptly told that they’d received a high number of viewing requests and wouldn’t be booking anymore, then the call was rudely ended. If a property is no longer being actively shown, why not remove the listing or at least inform interested buyers? Poor communication and customer service.
