We had a nice time at The Rice Bowl, but there were some issues. The staff was very friendly. They made us feel welcome and told us we could sit anywhere we wanted on “this side” of the restaurant. They have a really big menu with lots of options to choose from. I chose combination lo mein, and my wife had sweet and sour chicken. I asked for level 3 spice on the lo mein, and we each got an egg roll. The egg roll was very unique. It appeared that a standard egg roll was tempura fried.
