I used David Rice as my bankruptcy attorney back in 2001 and he was wonderful. I didnt have to do anything after I gave him a list of all my debts.He took care of everything.Unfortunatly Ive gotten myself back into debt, and I definetly plan to have him represent me again. Over-all, I couldnt of been happier with his help.
If you anticipate using an attorney for what you are about to do, DO NOT USE this one! If things run smoothly, he is okay, but if something doesnt go the way it is planned, he takes forever to get things done and he doesnt respond to your e-mails or calls. I would advise you use someone else!
