I expected more from such a well known university. Outdoor aquatic area rather small for a large university. All of the indoor areas appeared very old and dated. I'm sorry, but I found these areas unnecessarily depressing, not a place I would want to show relatives. A creative spash of paint on ALL walls would make a huge improvement. An area of the roof near the pools had a section with plywood repair that appeared to have been there a very long time. Same with an area on a third floor, it too appeared under construction. NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC WITHOUT A STUDENT SPONSOR ! If lifeguard isn’t on duty, you may not swim which seems odd for a competition pool for physically fit swimmers !
