Great food with very quick service. Amazing gyros and lamb shank.
The samosas were taken straight out of the hot oil and packed immediately for delivery. The food was so hot that the plastic packaging actually melted into the samosas. This is extremely careless and unsafe food handling. Nobody should receive food with melted plastic mixed into it. Very unprofessional and honestly dangerous.
The workers clearly have no idea what customer service means. They were very rude. I ordered the chicken rice kabob and I couldn’t even finish it. The rice tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave multiple times. There were no bags, no forks, nothing provided. If you want to risk ending up in the hospital, then order from this restaurant.
I placed an order directly with Rice and Kabob (not through a third-party delivery service). The order was delivered without the soda that I paid for. The delivery driver told me he received the package as-is from the restaurant and was simply instructed to deliver it. I asked him to call the business to resolve the issue.
