This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The skills are great, the manicures are very beautiful, and the service attitude of the staff is the best, and I will visit again.

Never again with this place!!! I had gone to Rich Nail salon earlier today because I needed a pedicure. When I walked in there were two techs giving pedicures to two customers and another tech giving a customer a manicure. I sat down to wait my turn. While I was waiting the two people who were getting pedicures were then getting manicures, the woman who had been getting a manicure was brought into a private room with the tech who had been working on her.
