We are a family owned business, husband and wife team. I proudly served in the U S navy from 1985 to 1989, where i was trained in pipe fitting and basic plumbing knowledge, after being honorably discharged worked for a plumbing company for 10 years where I continued learning the trade, went through a five apprenticeship program. This owner was not able to fix a leak in a shower faucet. He got so angry he left the job incomplete and my pipe leaking. I wrote a full review on yelp. The owner replied with a very nasty, mean and angry spew of un truths. It is so sad to see that a business owner could not simply apologize for not being able to complete the job. And I still paid that which I now regret.
