I had a very disappointing experience at Riccobene Family Dentistry university location. I arrived today for my scheduled appointment only to be told it had been canceled because I didn’t respond to a text message confirming the appointment. While I understand offices have confirmation policies, I was never informed that failing to respond would automatically result in my appointment being canceled. Clean & friendly environment! Everyone was happy to explain procedures & what they needed to do. Felt very comfortable & normally I’m not a dentist person. Glad to have started services here.

Dr. Austin is the best! I drive from Salisbury NC to Charlotte for my dental care with him. He never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the hygienist are very professional and do a great job. I highly recommend him and his office to anyone needing quality dental care with professionals who make you feel seen and heard.
Fantastic service! I had amazing service from everyone in the office (Tina, Diamond, Kelly). I was in tears laughing, I felt so welcome and like I was at home here. 10/10 5/5 stars
