We just moved to the area and this is my first visit. The facility is welcoming, as are all the employees I encountered during my visit. Everybody was very professional in performing their tasks. I believe I'll be comfortable with Dr. Liu and his team as my new dentist now that we're settling in Greensboro.

While doctor's visits are not on the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up and Terra and Harley worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and the dental hygienist was thorough and gentle throughout the procedure. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on schedule. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!

I've experienced many dentists in my life, but none like this office. The Dentist is extraordinary. His attention to detail and patience is no less than world--class. And Auria is a true gem. Her kindness and knowledge is invaluable. I really wish she was a permanent member to the exceptional staff of the Dolley Madison office. It's taken 55 years for me to say, "I've found my dentistry home". Being associated with Riccobene for several years, I don't make that statement lightly.
