I send in a computer to change the hardrive and they took over 2 weeks. After a week I had to call and they completely forgot about it and tried to make an excuse. They said it would be done by the next day or the day after that but it took another week until I got it back. I highly do not recommend ever coming here and me personally I will never come back again.
