I just finished up two (2) back-to-back closing with Jonathan Birch. Jonathan conveyed outstanding communication and professionalism throughout the entire process with myself (the Realtor) and the clients. We faced a difficult closing timeline but with his help we were able to close in an impressively short amount of time (which included Christmas and New Years). If you are looking for an attorney to help with your home buying/selling, I can not recommend Jonathan enough.
Very professional, easy parking in the back. My attorney Jonathan crosses all Ts and dots all Is. Able to sell and buy in one closing. Highly recommend if you are in need of closing attorney in the Boston/Somerville area.
