Update Oct 2025: didn’t have a choice and had to pay the total bill still after reaching out to both the billing and social team. I'm writing a review for an in office visit from august 2025. I wanted to get genetic testing done in preparation to start a family. When I sent a message online asking how to get started and if I should order testing, one of the nurses responded that I had to schedule an appointment with my provider. Dr. Sylla is always attentive, personal, and timely. She always treats me with kindness and care. Definitely a doctor I'd recommend and her MA is always sweet and attentive as well.
