This was my first time meeting with Dr. Sylla as I had been a long time patient of Nancy Wiggington. Dr. Sylla was great. She made me feel comfortable took the time I needed to explain my concerns for my age group as a senior. Dr. Sylla did an external exam and found an issue I needed to address. The medication was promptly forwarded to my pharmacy with instructions. I am so happy with Dr. Sylla and will return to see her in a couple of years (per her instructions) or sooner if any GYN issue should come up.
Update Nov 2025: Sutter Health sent me a letter today apologizing for this experience and refunded the entire amount I was originally billed. After more than 4 years of struggling with fibroids, polyps and cysts, along with all the unpleasant symptoms and pain associated with them, I finally found Dr. Sylla who was the first Doctor who I felt took all my medical history of attempted treatments and worked with me on a plan to address this medical concern permanently. I'm writing a review for an in office visit from august 2025. I wanted to get genetic testing done in preparation to start a family. When I sent a message online asking how to get started and if I should order testing, one of the nurses responded that I had to schedule an appointment with my provider.
