I had an accident in February 2025 and I still don’t know what the next steps are for my case. I try to contact the lawyer by email, but she never responds. I’m not sitting waiting by the phone every day all day to answer a call that can be composed into an email. The lawyer that I’m working with is not very responsive. I’m not sure if I made the right decision with which law firm to go with.
Not good. Long story but I will not use them again. I would have been better off handling my claim instead of using them.
