****Update: Ricci Kapprici Armitage was incredibly responsive and helpful in remedying what happened below. I felt heard and received prompt, adequate customer service**** I received GK Keratin Treatments three times from Ricci Kapricci. The first two were incredible and smoothed my 2C hair beyond my expectations, which Olti at the Armitage location did. Chloe did my third treatment at the Fullerton location. Chloe was excellent! She was consultative and offered advice on how to approach my first cut with her and how to style. Highly recommend!
