I visited this business for the first time on July 18, 2025, on the recommendation of a colleague and I'm very thankful for the recommendation! The last three places I visited in downtown Edmonton were just atrocious. As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Ray is the best hair colorist/stylist I've ever had! If you have a hard time deciding what you want your hair to look like ahead of your appointment and need someone you can trust to perform color miracles, Ray is your guy. The best part about my move back to Edmonton, for sure!
I got a haircut by ricci, the owner of the salon who is so kind but sadly gave me the worst haircut of my life... everyone ive talked to agrees its terribly choppy and completely uneven. Update: ive gone to a few salons now to see if they can help. They have all said to wait for it to grow out and cut unless im willing to go very short.
