He did my arm , put the wrong hardware in , and put my nerve in the wrong spot. C now he won’t even touch it , all of the sudden he is no longer a specialists, dude is a garbage, do not have this guy work on you
Called to get an appointment at 10:45 am . Was told someone would call you back ..... well it's 4:04 PM now and still no call back. Thinking NOT the right place to go, for me. If it takes 5 1/2 hours just to get a call back to set up an appointment, the staff is not equipped to assist me when I call for further questions. The appointment maybe in July or August, to long to wait, I have a broken wrist. Was at Burlington hospital on Friday, had x rays, so I know that. Will try someone else NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAFF......
I had rotator cuff and labrum surgery with Dr. Ricci. Surgery was fast I am almost 4 weeks post opp and I feel great. Healing quick, no complications. He ordered me the CPM machine and the iceless therapy machine. This equipment is a life saver!! I don't think I would have healed so quickly without it. The staff at Aurora is really great. Sarah was my nurse during my operation. She is amazing as well. I couldn't be happier with the experience I've had. Great facility and great people!! Dr. Ricci did shoulder surgery on me in 2007. It went great and my shoulder has been great ever since.
