My doctor found a mass on one of my kidneys. It wasn't possible to determine if it was malignant or benign (cancer or not). I was sent to Dr. Autorino for assessment. He took his time to explain the possibilities and gave me options- watchful waiting with periodic CT scans, or have it removed. I opted for the latter. He performed the procedure at University Hospitals. He was kind and caring. Was a second opinion in which I was told to bring in pictures not written assessment. When I got their all three employees were packing up to leave. I checked in went back to a room, doctor Riccardo came in and ask what is going on? I explain what happen then he told me he could not look at the pictures because he didn't have a computer. A total wast of time but I'm sure they will charge my insurance.
