My husband and I purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento from the Newark Ricart location and we had the BEST experience! I found the car early this week and knew I wanted it, but we live over 2 hours away in Cleveland. I called them on Wednesday to ask some questions and let them know I was serious about the car! Terrible communication. I spoke to someone a few weeks ago who got all of my personal information over the phone I sent bank statements and tax information after three days of not hearing anything I called in. I was told that my application was not even submitted and they don’t even know what happened to my information. Also, the car that I was looking at was not even at that Lot and I was not told that upfront so they had to transfer me to start over at another place. And then it continued.
