A different person came out than who is pictured. It was a younger guy with long hair in an old beat up car with his female partner. He kept getting delayed and when it was well after the time he said he could arrive by, I was about to cancel but he said he was on his way. My car alarm was going off when I would open my door with my key. He took a look at some of the wiring but there was nothing he could do. I don't recommend this guy. It says mobile auto but when I asked him the 1st time, he said he may not have all the tools so I met him at his worksite. His worksite is a parking lot. I thought that was odd. He worked on my car till night time but it got dark and he only uses a small flashlight to see. I had to use my phone light to help him. Made no sense. He did a good job but why no light? Weird. He found more problems with my car and told me that he would check on parts and let me know how much. He never called me back. So... read more

If I could give more stars I would Ricardo went out of his way not once but twice for me extremely polite AND professional and gave me a great deal helping me out as my car was stuck in a parking lot! Thank you Ricardo!!! So anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic call him u won't be sorry
