My husband took my car here, biggest mistake. Paid $460 just to still have the same issue. Worst part is when my husband called to speak to Ricardo, the man was very disrespectful and arrogant. He wouldn’t let my husband speak and when he finally let him speak, he cut him off by saying “BLAH BLAH BLAH” and hung up on him. For an old man, you would think he’d carry himself in a MATURE manner. I have taken my Jeep here for 9 years. Very great mechanic and good prices. I won’t receive my car back until my issue it’s resolve.
