Got my nexplanon placed by WHNP Emily Cain and she was fantastic! She explained everything to me even with my medical background. It was a quick 15-20 minute procedure and she was so pleasant. Im glad I have her for my womens clinic visit's :)
Very nice staff and knowledgeable doctors
They refused my service. Jessica front desk said I could only get seen if I was an Edgewood district employee cause they are priority (I’ve never heard of such thing especially from a University Health clinic). I told her my insurance referred me there but her and 2 other employees sat there with an empty waiting room and empty parking lot. I was shocked and disappointed. High Blood pressure is not a concern for this clinic. Zero stars from me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC – UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POOR PATIENT CARE. The nurses at this clinic lack professionalism. I have allergies, yet my nurse never asked about them and misinformed the doctor, stating I had none. Additionally, she barely communicated with me and ignored my concerns.
