First, the staff is lazy and ruining this doctor's business. I was told this practice opens at 10:30am (which is late in itself). I called to make an appointment and kept getting the answering service till 11:30am!!!! When I FINALLY got a hold of the receptionist, she told me they were busy. Really?! You are OBLIGATED to have your phones on at the time you claim to be open. Next, the receptionist then was prying asking what was wrong with my husband.
