We had waited all day to receive legal documents via overnite service that needed signatures&then sent right back out overnight.We were not told ahead of time that some of the documents required a notary! When we thought all was lost,Mr.Ricardo answered our plea for help! He returned our call in a very timely manner&made arrangements to come to our hotel.He (& his daughter) came to our rescue&they were both very friendly,helpful& professional.
