This review us an update ro my previous review for this practice. When I initially started seeing Dr. Leano he had someone dedicated to handling insurance and procedure pre-authorization issues. As of July 2024, this is no longer the case. A family member took over and it became quickly clear she did not really know what she was doing. Authorizations took forever, in some cases because I did my own due diligence, I needed to tell her what was necessary. I had a fantastic experience at this office! The doctor and PA were incredibly welcoming, and the entire staff made me feel right at home. The office itself was spotless, which added to the positive atmosphere. Everyone was not only pleasant but also very accommodating and flexible with my needs. Highly recommend!
