Originally liked my appointment with Dr. Ramírez. I was set for a surgery that we didn’t know if it would happen. I called the day before and spoke to the answering service advising I will not be going to the appointment. Today I get a bill from them for $100. I spoke to the office and she is stating that the answering service doesn’t have a record of my call, I have the time and date the call was placed. Instead of working with me and appreciating me as a patient they are insistent I pay for this. Money over patient.
El doctor es excelente pero las empleadas que tiene son muy poco atentas y amables con los pacientes. Ademas cobran por todo hasta por la receta medica de espejuelos.
